Let’s talk about gender equality at ASTIC !
Since 2020, we have continually assessed gender equality and we are committed to improving in this area. This assessment is an obligation for business with more than 50 employees. There are 4 criteria which are marked out of 100.
In 2020 our results reached our hoped for objectives. In 2021 our score dipped to 67/100. We immediately took action and our rating has improved – in May 2022 we are up to 92 !
We are committed to improving our rating. Our score in 2023 will be even better.
