Design and development

Mould making

Because the mould is the determining factor in the quality of a product, we design and manufacture the moulds ourselves, in our own workshops, using state-of-the-art digital machines. Our expert team ensures the production of complex, high quality, custom made, precision tools, optimised for mass production, strictly in accordance with our customers’ plans.

Manufacturing

Our workshops operate 24 hours a day and offer our customers the latest functionalities in terms of plastic injection production: automation, robotics and digitalisation. The solutions we offer solve a number of complex questions: variable geometry, technical constraints, aesthetics, ergonomics, economic imperatives and ecological considerations.

Finishing and assembly

Driven by the desire to support our customers until the end of their project, we provide them with personalised finishing and assembly, whether complex or not. This service makes it possible to reduce the number of subcontractors, to optimise production times and to control costs.

To enable this and through constant training, we maintain strong versatility within our teams working in 3 x 8 hour shifts.
